Ellenbrook will ultimately consist of seven unique villages, surrounding a vibrant town centre. Each village offers
a different architectural style and provide a variety of homesite options.
Ellenbrook was recently host to the BBC film crew who were busy shooting footage for the British TV show
' Wanted Down Under ' which gives British viewers an idea of what their
Pound £ can buy in Australia.
The show follows a British family looking to migrate from the UK to Australia.
The first community to be constructed was Woodlake Village. Then came the Mediterranean flavour of
The Bridges. These were joined by the villages of Coolamon and Morgan Fields, Malvern Springs and Charlotte's Vineyard.
The Bridges:
The Bridges - 2nd village in Ellenbrook. A spicy fusion of Mediterranean-styled homes complimented by bridges, parks and monuments that appear to be plucked straight from Tuscany in France!
The Bridges is Ellenbrook's second village and has as its central focus a magnificent 10 metre high tower overlooking the village and beautiful lake which is called The Campanile.
All the buildings have to have a Mediterranean appearance, yet designers were allowed space to create individuality of design. The Estate was awarded the best subdivision in Australia
by the Urban Redevelopment Institute of Australia for 250 lots.
Woodlake Village - 1st village in Ellenbrook. The heart of Ellenbrook. Woodlake Village is the original village of Ellenbrook and offers a variety of block sizes with traditional Australian-styled homes.
The village and shopping complex centres around Wood Lake, with it's wonderful bird life, walking and bike trails, gazebos and ampitheatre. It was constructed around a picturesque
lake and was designed to ensure that its residents live just a short walk from the village centre.
